This qualification is ideal if you have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing your abilities. It’s particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people though organisational change or other pressures.

To complete the course we agree a schedule of study with you – starting anytime. There are three levels, Award, Certificate and Diploma and depending on how much time you devote and the level it can be completed in 3-9 months.

You are supported throughout the programme by a tutor who will provide telephone tutorials and on line support
