Elearn offers consultancy in two areas:

Distance and blended learning - Consultancy in the strategic and practical aspects of designing developing and implementing all sorts of flexible learning. We understand distance, blended and elearning, where and how it works best and what you will need to support and deliver programmes. We can help with the design and development of all types of learning materials and can train up your staff to design content. We work with major publishers and produce both our own and well known published material both in print and on-line.

Assessment tools - consultancy in the implementation and use of our two assessment tools, Power Your Learning and 4 Leaders.

Power Your Learning assesses individuals “learning power” against seven key dimensions identified and verified by educational researchers at the University of Bristol.

4 Leaders is a learning inventory and assessment tool. It has been developed from the principles of “new” leadership and takes account of transformational and servant led models of leadership.

4 Leaders works best as part of a 360 degree appraisal process around four key leadership roles to provide insight and assessment of leaders.

4 Leaders can be a development tool in its own right or form part of a wider process of change and improvement.
